THANKS & GREETINGS!

Praise God for this season! This time of the year always has its own unique way of displaying the beautiful handiwork of God. The Scripture says, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork (Psalm 19:1 KJV). As we leap into this wonderful and promising season filled with shades of red, yellow, brown, and orange leaves dancing in the wind, we can also hear a persistent and gentle whisper from our heavenly Father calling us to reflect and retreat into His Word with joy. We believe that this fall  season is a perfect time to grow deeper in our faith and Fall into His presence with you in mind as we ascribe all praise to His name in the following specifics:

FAMILY & EDUCATION:

By God's grace, we are all doing well. We are still preparing towards our big transition to Ghana, West Africa in summer 2019. Our boys are doing great; Eugene just started Kindergarten and it is our prayer that as he expresses the many facets of his personality, God will continue to work in his heart and unlock all hidden potentials for His glory. Jayden is gracefully bouncing around with many words of praise in his mouth (super energetic). As always, please continue to pray for Alice as she manages the home front for the family, ministry, and her online college work. Our plate is quite full but God is still pulling us through for His glory! After this fall semester, Alice and I will have one last semester to complete our coursework and graduate together in May 2019. We are super excited because we are getting close to the end of this chapter of our journey here in the states. Praise God with us; for His mercy endures forever (Psalm 136). Yes, our God still REIGNS!

MINISTRY UPDATE

This past summer, I had the privilege to speak at the 28th World Christian
Endeavor Convention held in San Diego, California. Also, I was invited to preach at Calvary Baptist Church in Carneys Point, New Jersey. I had the privilege to serve as the main speaker during their 2018 Missions Conference. I was blessed to have my entire crew with me (Alice, Eugene and Jayden). Love in Christ International has been selected by the Student Missionary Fellowship in Lancaster Bible College as its missions project for 2018/2019 academic year. All praise to God! Now, share the joy with us.
It’s BIG NEWS! Kindly take a read here…it’s a praise update from our volunteers in Ghana.

Ghana Ministry Building Project Update

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS & FINANCIAL SUPPORT!

We are excited to share with you an update on our ministry building project in rural Ghana.

The building is gradually taking shape at the foundation level. Currently, we have purchased all the materials needed for this level ($10,000) – which was fully funded by special donors and supporters like you. According to our timeline, we are to start and finish raising the walls (rooms) for the first and second floor by May 2019. Funds needed for this phase is $160,000. After that, we will proceed to the final phase of the project which is the roofing and furnishing level. This will cost $80,000, for a total amount of $240,000 for the project.

Again, we are praying for an incessant provision from the Lord so we can complete the entire project by December 2019 and inaugurate it by January 2020 for the Master’s use! Our prayer is that; from this facility, the Word will spread across the rural landscape in Africa and bring many to the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are eager to see how this facility (KHARIS HAVEN) will serve our rural pastors, church leaders and families in Ghana. Once more, when completed, it will create a permanent space for the following: Ministry offices, library, Bible and Leadership Training Center, and hospitality suite for visiting missionaries, pastors, teachers, leaders, Bible students, professors etc. Yes! Our vision for the African church is gradually becoming a reality for God’s glory. Thank you for your prayers and financial support. We are partners in God’s redemptive work for humanity. Please, would you prayerfully consider standing with us again to pursue and build the next phase for God’s glory?
